In these studies we evaluate our clients current facility square footage usage, office & workstation sizes. We seek to understand our client’s business needs & daily functions.
Do they need to expand within their existing space? Do they need to consolidate, or plan for projected growth? We also help them determined through these studies, how departments or units could be re-located within a space to create better adjacencies and increase productivity.
Phase I of the study our clients receive floor plans showing current usage of their space indicating any wasted or unused areas, as well as spread sheets indicating each employees current sq. footage usage, then recommending a direction to take.
Phase II of the study may include the development of new space standards as well as proposed plans and spread sheets with adjusted recommended company square footage standards.
Phase III proposes final recommendations for consolidation, renovations, expansions or relocations to meet your corporate function or growth.
