- SNET - Long Wharf offices (60,000 sq. ft.)
- The Hartford Insurance/ Omaha Regional Offices
- A Venetian style ristorante near the Norwich Inn
- The President's Banquet Facility at Eastern Connecticut State University
- Created a unique Swedish style interior for a Central Connecticut Volvo dealership.
Before forming FX Design
- Laura was a Senior Interior Designer for six years at Aetna Life and Casualty, Facilities Planning and Architecture. Her responsibilities included the interior design of all senior executive offices and specialty corporate areas.
- Special projects included a turn-key design for a satellite insurance agency located in Massachusetts, an audio visual fitness center, the CEO's executive suite, the audio visual conference rooms and the corporate Sky Boxes, located in the Civic Center.
- In addition, Laura used her design expertise to redesign the interiors of the Aetna-Cigna corporate aviation fleet, which included two jets and two helicopters.
Prior experience includes
- Three years at D & F Design Group in Houston, Texas, where she was Senior Design Manager. Laura was responsible for overseeing large corporate, healthcare and university projects for companies such as American Express, Exxon, and University of Texas.

1996-2003, Governor appointed member of the Architectural Licensing Board for the State of Connecticut. Served as a Vice President on the board of the Institute of Business Designers from 1987 to 1992, receiving the Chapter Development Award and Chapter Appreciation Award. An adjunct faculty member for Teikyo Post University, taught interior design related courses at Glastonbury High School for adult education. 2008 Fall semester- Taught senior level contract documents class at the University of New Haven.
