Custom designed cabinets with upper-lit niches for Asian pottery.

Notice that we designed the heights of the black ebony horizontal pulls based on the sub zero freezer pullout and oven heights.

This kitchen was overdue for renovation. FX Design's plan called for additional warmth, interest and functionality to the space.

Floors are straight maple with an amber finish.The project also included scene lighting and surround sound.
The area where the slider was, is now an open pass through to the dining room, visible in the picture to the left.

Sitting Areas
The cabinet fronts are birdseye maple. The countertops are black absolute granite.
We located bar stools that combine both maple and black lacquer to enhance the kitchen finishes. The purple sofa in the family room was selected to add a punch of color that is reflected in the client’s art collection not shown.
